阴道镜引导下射频消融联合磺胺嘧啶银粉治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]评价阴道镜下射频消融联合磺胺嘧啶银粉治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的疗效。[方法]将经病理诊断为CIN的患者共65例(CINⅠ54例,CINⅡ11例)随机分成两组,两组均行阴道镜引导下射频消融,治疗组联合磺胺嘧啶银粉(SD-Ag)治疗,对照组不用SD-Ag,比较两组术后出血、创面愈合及并发症情况。[结果]射频术后加用磺胺嘧啶银粉治疗阴道排液量、阴道出血量显著减少,排液时间、出血时间明显缩短,且创面愈合快,并发症少。[结论]阴道镜引导下射频消融联合磺胺嘧啶银粉治疗CIN安全有效、并发症少、疗效满意。[Objective] To evaluation the effect of radio-frequency ablation associated with silvadene in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia guided by colposeope. [Methods] 65 cases of CIN （CINⅠ54, CIN Ⅱ 11 cases） diagnosed by pathological section were random allocated into two groups, both of them were treated with radio-frequency ablation, the treatment groups were associated with silvadene, while controls were not treated with SD-Ag. Vaginal hemorrhage post-operation, healing and complications were compared between them. [Results] The dose of Vaginal hemorrhage and fluid discharged were significant reduced, and the days of Vaginal hemorrhage and fluid discharged were shorten as well as the wound were healed swiftly and with fewer complications after treatment of radio frequency. [Conclusion ] The treatment of radio-frequency ablation was associated with silvadene for CIN is safety, utility, less complications and favorable curative effect.
