环氧季铵化改性氨基硅油的合成与应用

摘　　要：将自制氨基硅油进行环氧季铵化改性,制得水溶性季铵化改性氨基硅油。较佳的工艺是:季铵化试剂的用量为1:1(相对于自制氨基硅油的质量),季铵化反应温度60～65℃,反应时间为5h。较佳的水乳化工艺是:用盐酸调节产物的PH值至5.5,水浴85℃,边搅拌,边缓慢分批加入计量去离子水,全部加完后,继续搅拌,得一均匀澄清水溶液。季铵化改性氨基硅油直接水化后用于整理织物,织物的抗起毛起球性能得到改善。The aminosilicone oil was modified by Epichlorohydrin, The reaction was carried out with ethanol as solvent, adding aminosilicone oil into Epichlorohydrin at 60-65□ for 5 hours, The mass ratio of the Epichlorohydrin and aminosilicone oil was □. The proper emulsification conditions were found as follows： adjusting to pH 5.5 by hydrochloric acid, emulsifying temperature 851-1, the deionized water was added and emulsification time was 40 min. at last the product was emulsified aminosilicone oil. Emulsified aminosilicone oil was applied to finish fabrics and clothes .the propertie of pilling resistance was good.
