摘 要:[目的]观察杜仲、何首乌、海马、菟丝子四味中药对性激素致肾阳虚大鼠血液流变学的影响,认识"甘,温,入肝、肾经"中药药性的现代科学内涵。[方法]采用腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇造成雄性大鼠肾阳虚模型、采用腹腔注射丙酸睾酮造成雌性大鼠肾阳虚模型。SD大鼠70只,随机分为7组:正常对照组、模型对照组、金匮肾气丸组、杜仲组、何首乌组、海马组、菟丝子组,每组10只。每天给予性激素造模后给药,连续12天,取血。用普利生血流变平台对大鼠的血液流变状态进行测定。[结果]何首乌、菟丝子能改善肾阳虚大鼠低切变率下的全血粘度、全血还原粘度;海马能降低血沉方程K值;菟丝子可以降低大鼠血液的聚集指数。这表明何首乌、海马、菟丝子能在不同程度上改善血液流变学,这可能与其温补入肝肾从而"养血行血"有关。[结论]何首乌、海马、菟丝子均能改善血液流变学,这为探讨"甘温归肝肾经"中药的共同规律提供了新的内容。[Objective] To observe the effects of four traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) such as Cortex Eucommiae, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, HiPPocamPus and Semen Cuscutae on hemorheology of sex hormone-induced kidney-yang deficiency rats, and understand the modern scientific connotation of the properties theories about sweet-flavor, warm-nature, meridian tropism in liver and kidney. [Methods]Kidney-yang deficiency male rats model was established with intraperitoneal injection of estradiol benzoate, kidney-yang deficiency female rats model was established with intraperitoneal injection of testosterone propionate. A total of 70 healthy adult SD rats were divided into seven groups randomly: normal control group, model control group, positive control group (Jinkuishenqiwan), four TCM groups (Cortex Eucommiae , Radix Polygoni Multi flori , HiPpocamPus and Semen Cuscutae ) , 10 rats in each group, and made gastric infusion for 12 days, once a day. Blood was collected to determine hemorrheology indexes by automatic modular hemorheology machine, plasma viscosity machine and dynamic blood sedimentation machine. [Results]Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Semen Cuscutae can reduce the whole blood viscosity (WBV) and whole blood reduced viscosity (WBRV) on the low stear rate, HiPPocamPus could markedly decrease ES-K of erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Semen Cuscutae could decrease erythrocyte aggregation index (AI). It shows that Radix Polygoni Multiflori, HiPPocamPus and Semen Cuscutae could improve the hemorheology in different extents, the reason for the action of promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood may be its warm nature and meridian tropism in liver and kidney. [Conclusion]Radix Polygoni Multiflor, HiPPocamPus and Semen Cuscutae could improve the hemorheology of kidney-yang deficiency rats. It provides the new content for searching the common regularity of the properties theories about sweet-flavor,warm-nature,meridian tropism in liver and kidney.
