摘  要:以沭河漫水桥为例,研究了钢筋混凝土桥梁的加固处理方法,并对加固后的桥梁进行了静载试验,以验证加固效果。该桥分为整体现浇和预制装配两种结构形式,分别进行加固设计:对于整体现浇跨,采用粘贴碳纤维布的方法进行加固;对于预制装配跨,采用粘贴碳纤维布和粘贴钢板相结合的方法进行补强。对于裂缝,采用灌浆处理或封闭处理。该桥经过全面维修加固后,对其进行了静载试验,结果表明,粘贴碳纤维布和钢板可以取得良好的加固效果,混凝土开裂得到了有效抑制,桥梁承载能力较加固前有了较大的提高,满足了设计规定的汽车-20级荷载要求。This paper tells about the rehabilitation of the reinforced concrete bridge by taking the Suhe Submersible Bridge as an example. Load test is carded out after the complete rehabilitation which verifies reinforcement efficiency. There are two different parts of structure of this bridge, the cast-in-situ part and the precast part, for which the rehabilitation design shall be respectively different, the sticking carbon fiber sheet method for the former and the sticking both carbon fiber sheet and steel plate method for the latter. As to the cracking, grouting injection method and sealing-treatment are applied. Load test is carried out after the complete rehabilitation which proves that sticking both carbon fiber sheet and steel plate method works well with the cracking restrained effectively and also proves that the load-carrying capacity of the bridge increases compared with what it was and meets the requirements of the Standard truck-load 20.
