摘　　要：试验通过将PU涂料与PE涂料按照不同的施工工艺进行施工比较,研究不同施工工艺对最终涂膜性能的影响。试验中发现:在配方相同的条件下,当PU涂料与PE涂料单独进行施工时,容易出现气泡、痱子等弊病;而当把PU涂料与PE涂料混合后再进行施工时,结果涂膜表面丰满,平整光滑,不易出现弊病。后者在确保了涂膜性能的同时还缩短了涂膜施工的时间。This paper studies the influence of different application technology on film performance of PU coatings and PE coatings by comparison. Experiments show that PU and PE coatings, if applied separately, both films of the two kinds with the same compositions produce defects such as bubble and miliaria. And if PU and PE coatings blended together to be applied, the film appears full, smooth and little defects, that shortens application time without losing film performance.
