摘 要:目的通过4种方法对尿道分泌物淋病奈瑟球菌(简称淋菌)检测结果比较分析,以期为临床提供一种更加简便和适用的检测方法。方法瑞氏染色和革兰染色同时检测226份分泌物中的淋菌,其中部分标本加用培养法和(或)聚合酶链反应(PCR)进行鉴定。结果瑞氏染色和革兰染色检查尿道分泌物淋菌阳性率分别为71.68%和73.89%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两种染色法的阳性率均明显高于分离培养法(33.33%)(P<0.05),而较PCR法检出率85.71%低(P<0.05)。结论对于男性尿道分泌物淋菌检查,PCR法阳性率最高;染色法阳性率较高,其中瑞氏染色法更简便、快速和廉价;培养法阳性率最低,不适于常规检查。OBJECTIVE To analyze and compare the results by four methods which were used to examine Neisseria gonorrhoeae in male urinary secretion, and provide a simple and applicable method. METHODS Totally 226 samples were examined by Wrightrs and Gramrs staining for N. gonorrhoeae, some of which were examined by PCR and cultivation. RESULTS The positive rates of Wright's and Gramrs staining were 71.68% and 73.89%, respectively. There was no statistical difference (P〉0. 05). Compared to cultivation whose positive rate was 33.33%, the rates were obvious higher (P〈0. 05), but they were lower than PCR whose positive rate was 85.71% (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSIONS For the examination of N. gonorrhoeae in male urinary secretion, the positive rate of PCR is the highest, and the positive rate of staining is better,in which Wrightrs staining is more convenient, quicker and cheaper. The positive rate of cultivation is the lowest, and it isn't applied to general examination.
