摘　　要：通过分析国内外尾矿库事故原因,确定了浸润线、防洪能力、坝体位移和降雨量作为尾矿库安全运行的主要监测指标。并结合现代监测技术设计开发了尾矿库溃坝监测预警系统。介绍了本系统硬件和软件结构及功能。In this paper, by analyzing the reasons of the tailing reservoir accidents at home and abroad, the seepage line, the preventing or controlling flood ability, the dam displacement and the rainfall are taken as the main monitoring indices. Combing with the modern monitoring technology, the monitoring and early warning system of tailings reservoir dam failure is designed and developed. Detailed structure and functions of the hardware and the software of the system are introduced in this paper.
