心血安冲剂对心脏X综合征患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察心血安冲剂对心脏X综合征患者血液流变学的影响。方法:将心脏X综合征患者50例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组20例,对照组给予西医常规,治疗组在西医常规治疗上服心血安冲剂,疗程为1个月,观察血流变中全血黏度、血浆黏度、血球压积、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数等指标变化情况。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组在降低血流变中全血黏度,调节血浆黏度和血球压积,改变红细胞的变形指数、刚性指数和聚集指数等方面均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:心血安冲剂对心脏X综合征患者血液流变学有较好的改善作用。Objective： To observe the influence of Clofibral Granule on heart X syndrome. Method： 50 cases suffered from heart X syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. 20 cases in the control group were treated by western conventional therapy, and 30 cases in the treatment group were treated by Clofibral Granule on the base of western conventional therapy. The treatment course was 1 month. Then to observe Blood viscosity, plasma vis- cosity, hematoerit, RBC deformation index, Erythrocyte aggregation index and Erythroeyte rigidity index in blood rheology. Result： Contrasting to the control group, the treatment group showed significant differences in decreasing Blood viscosity, regulating hematoplasma and hematocrit, modifying RBC deformation index, Erythrocyte aggregation index and Erythroeyte rigidity index （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Clofibral Granule can improve blood rheology for case of heart X syndrome.
