摘　　要：汇率变动具有实际收入效应,居民实际收入的变化会影响需求结构,并进而改变不同产业间的相对价格,引起产业结构的变动。由于产业结构的优化对经济增长方式的转变具有重要影响,因此,汇率变动在改变产业结构的同时,也会对经济增长方式产生重要影响。This paper discusses the relationship between fluctuation of exchange rate and the evolving of industry structure. The mechanism behind this relationship is that the relative price of different products can act as guidance for allocation of resources. Since fluctuation of exchange rate usually has an effect on the general price level, it should also change residents＇ real income, probably because of wage stickiness. However, The income elasticity of demand is quite different among different products. These features will make the relative prices change with the moving of the general price level, as a result, the industry structure changes too.
