摘  要:采用燃烧合成法成功制备了CoCr Mo合金。燃烧合成的合金是由钴的两种固溶体组成,分别为密排六方的ε-CoCr Mo相和面心立方的γ-CoCr Mo相;渣相主要为Al2O3;合金的微观结构为铸态树枝晶,并且存在枝晶偏析现象,枝晶上富钴,枝晶间富钼,铬分布比较均匀;此外,燃烧合成过程中可能产生马氏体相变使γ-Co相转变为ε-Co相,并且在马氏体片中出现了带状亚结构。CoCrMo alloys were prepared by combustion synthesis method. The experimental results showed that the yielded alloys were solid solution based on Co and mainly constituted by ε phase of close- packed hexagonal and γ phase of face-centered cubic. The residue was contained of Al2O3. Microstructure of alloys was cast dendritic histology and interdendritic segregation existed; moreover, Co was rich in pinetree crystal and Mo was rich in interdendritic. Furthermore, combustion synthesis may induce martensite phase change which made γ-Co phase change to ε-Co phase and banding metastructure appeared in martensite section.
