摘　　要：本文围绕图书馆知识联盟最根本的不同,即知识资源共享进而创新知识的特点,从各层面分析了图书馆知识联盟与传统图书馆联盟的区别,并着重阐述了构建图书馆知识联盟所具备的要素。In the knowledge-based economy, library knowledge alliance will become the highest stage of the library alliance. This article discusses on the most fundamental characteristics of knowledge resources sharing and further innovation of knowledge, analyses al library union and library knowledge alliance from all levels. Final the distinction between traditionly,it puts forward the conclusion that which elements must be considered in the construction of library knowledge alliance.
