浅析非政府组织在社会关系重构中的作用

摘　　要：非政府组织是一个来自西方文化背景的学术概念,是现代社会中维持社会结构均衡的重要力量。在我国,非政府组织主要是社会转型的产物。社会的转型同时也引发了传统社会结构的裂解,使得社会关系的各个层面均出现较大的变动,社会关系的重构在所难免。本文主要以非政府组织社会中间层的特征为分析视角,认为非政府组织在促进国家与社会关系的协调、促进利益关系的融洽以及促进社会信任的重建、修复社会纽带上具有重要作用,因而它的存在有助于转型期社会关系的重构。As a academic concept from the western cultural background, Non-Government Organization is important in the maintenance of equilibrium of social structure. In our state, Non-Government Organization is the outcome of social transition. Also, social transition brings about the collapse of the traditional social structure, which makes all respects of social relation greatly transformed and the reconstruction of social relation inevitable. In the perspective of ＇social middle class＇,This paper argues that Non-Government Organization plays an importantly promotional role in the coordination between the state and society, in the harmony of interest relation as well as in the reconstruction of social trust and the restoration of social ties, which will be helpful to the reconstruction of social relation.
