摘 要:安全准确地探测地下空区形状,尤其是一些由于安全原因不可进入的或无法进入的空区,对空区的详查、处理以及矿山安全生产有着及其重要的作用。由于常规空区探测方法的局限,运用空区激光三维探测仪从地表对地下不可进入采空区进行了三维探测,探测结果很直观地显示了所测空区的形状。根据探测数据分析了各所测空区的基本情况,详查各开采台阶下空区的分布情况。数据经过处理后导入SURPAC和矿山各阶段CAD现状图,并用空区平面图中的网格交点顶底板标高来代替设计中需要的剖面图,为台阶爆破和空区处理提供可靠的数据。比较了通过各钻孔实测的空区高度和扫描数据中对应点的空区高度,比较结果显示,激光扫描能够满足对空区精确的三维探测。A safe and accurate detection of underground cavity shape, especially for those cavities that people are not allowed to get in for safety reason or those that are inaccessible, is of great importance to the detailed survey and treatment of cavities and to the safe mining. As the conventional detection methods for cavities are limited, cavity laser 3D detection was used for the 3D detection of inaccessible underground cavity from the ground surface. The detection result displayed the shape of the cavity under detection intuitively. Based on the detection data, the basic conditions of each cavity were analyzed and the distribution of the cavities below each mining bench was investigated. The data processed were introduced into SURPAC and CAD present state map of each mining level. The elevations of the floor and bottom at grid intersection points in the cavity plane graph were used to replace the sectional plan needed in blasting design to provide reliable data for bench blasting and cavity treatment. The comparison of the cavity heights practically measured through drilling with those of the corresponding points in the scanning data shows that laser scanning can satisfy the requirement of an accurate 3D detection of cavities.
