沸腾钢复合喷吹封顶工艺的研究

摘　　要：在实验基础上，研究了用铝丸、铁丸所组成的复合封顶材料用于沸腾钢生产的实际效果，并从理论方面对铁丸在沸腾钢封顶过程中所起的作用进行了比较深入的探讨。生产应用表明，采用该工艺能够在改善钢锭头部质量的同时，减少铝的消耗，大幅度降低沸腾钢的生产成本。Based upon experiments the practical effects of the compound capping material consisting of aluminous and iron pills used in rimming steel production are studied,and its function investigated theoretically Application result shows that the quality in heads of steel ingots can be cut down,while the comsuption of aluminum reduced,so as to reducethe production cost of rimming steel remarkably.
