摘　　要：实验分析了辊拔合金钢棒线材的优缺点及其变形特点、运动学特点和力参数。指出滚模拔制合金钢棒线材比滚模拔丝更能发挥出它的优越性，并提出了滚模和固定模串联组合的新工艺。By experiments the advantages and disadvantages of drawing alloyed steel rod with roller dies its characters of deformation and kinematic and its parameters of force have been analyzed. It is pointed out that the roller dies is more suitable for drawing alloyed steel rod than for drawing wire and thread,and also proposed a new technology of series placing the roller dies and the conventional drawing dies.
