基于AO的全征地农村居民养老保险图件入库及面积审核系统的研究与开发

摘　　要：在分析南海区经济建设过程中征用了部分农用地所面临的农村居民养老保障问题的基础上,结合GIS的技术基础及特点,基于ESRI公司软件组件库AO,设计开发了全征地农村居民养老保险图件入库及面积审核系统,同时概括描述了系统的功能结构,并就系统开发过程中所采用的关键技术进行了剖析。结果证明该系统可较好地满足客户的需要,对建立和完善全征地农村居民养老保险社会保障体系具有十分重要的意义。In analyzing in Foshan city Nanhai district area economic development process, the countryside inhabitant wlaocs pariai agriculture is taken over and face to care for the aged in the safeguard question foundation. Unifying GIS the technology base and the characteristic, basing on ESRI Corporation software module component AO, we design and develope all drafted land the countryside inhabitant old-age insurance graphic document warehousing and the area verification system, simultaneously summarized described the system function structure, and the key technologies which used on the system performance history in has carried on the analysis. The result proves this system may satisfy the customer well the need, to establishes all drafts land the countryside inhabitant old-age insurance social security system with the consummation to have the extremely vital significance.
