摘  要:目的研究在不同温度下小鼠与大鼠急性重复缺氧时的抗缺氧耐受时间与缺氧次数的关系。方法采用急性重复缺氧模型,观察小鼠及大鼠在密闭广口瓶中每次的抗缺氧存活时间,小鼠在16℃时缺氧5次,在24℃时缺氧7次;大鼠在20℃时缺氧4次。结果应用最小二乘法将缺氧耐受次数与耐受时间进行拟合,小鼠在16℃时的线性关系为y=8.9629x+2.2976(r2=0.9966)和在24℃时为y=5.1556x+12.1800(r2=0.9770);大鼠在20℃时为y=2.5796x+12.1090(r=0.9364);结果表明,缺氧耐受次数与耐受时间存在着明显的正相关。结论小鼠和大鼠的急性重复缺氧耐受时间在一定范围内和缺氧次数呈线性相关,并且随着温度的变化,这种线性关系存在差异。Objective To study the relationship between tolerance time of mice and rats exposed to hypoxia at different temperature and exposed times. Methods Acute and repetitive hypoxic model was used and tolerance time of mice and rats at different temperature exposed to hypoxia for different runs was observed, the temperature for mice was 16℃ and 24℃ and the temperature for rats was 20℃ . Results The linear relationship between tolerance time of mice and rats exposed to hypoxia and exposed times was obtained, the relationship of mice group is different from that of the rats group and temperature has effects on the tolerance time of mice. Conclusions The linear relationship exits between tolerance time and exposed times in mice and rats to a certain extend; temperature has effects on the tolerance time of mice.
