摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术的手术方式;方法:总结电视监视器下鼻内镜下采用楔形切除、划痕术和偏曲软骨或骨组织局部切除方法,矫正鼻中隔偏曲50例;结果:40例完全治愈,有效10例,无并发症发生。结论:内窥镜下鼻中隔成形术术野清晰,直视下矫正或局部切除偏曲中隔,创伤小,有效地矫正鼻中隔偏曲,特别适合于高位和后方偏曲。Objective：To study the methods of septorhinoplasty under nasal endoscope.Methods：The clinical materials of 50 cases with septal deviation were summarized.They received wedge excision,scratchor local excision of awry cartilage or osseous tissue under nasal endoscope.Results：Septorhinoplasty under nasal endoscope had clear visual field of operation and has trauma and effectivety corrected the septal deviation of nose,especially the awry cartilage or osseous tissue of superior and posterior position.
