气囊助产器临床运用分析

摘　　要：目的：通过足月孕妇用气囊助产器助产缩短产程,从而减少疼痛,降低产时产后并发症,提高产科质量,达到产时优生。方法：采用回顾性方法对我院1994年5月至1995年5月间在我院分娩孕妇87例运用气囊助产器助产进行分析。结果：87例使用气囊助产器孕妇其中经阴道分娩55例第一产程缩短平均时间2小时26分,而赵克忠、苏应宽主编《妇产科学》及丰有吉与沈铿主编的《妇产科学》教科书中第一产程初产妇为11-12h,经产妇6-8h。前者第一产程明显缩短。结论：熟练掌握气囊助产器方法、适应症及注意事项便可运用于足月孕产妇,缩短产程,从而降低产时产后并发症,提高产科质量,达到产时优生。Objective：By full-term pregnant women using airbags midwifery to shorten the birth process,and thereby it reduces pain,the complications after birth,and improve the obstetric quality,so that it can reach eugenic at birth.Methods：Retrospective method was adopted in 87 cases of pregnant women admitted and in their deliveries were the airbags midwifery was applied.Results：Among 87 cases of the pregnant women with airbags midwifery,55 cases were vaginal of the first stage,the average delivery time was two hours 26 minuts,while in Obstetrics and Gynecology edited by zhao kezhong and su yingkuan and the textbook Obstetrics and Gynescology edited by Feng Youji and shen jian,they mentioned that the first stae of primipara was 11-12 hours and the maternal one was 6 to 8 hours.The former first stage was obviously shortened.Conclusion：Skillfully mastered the method,indications,and attention of the airbags midwifery,it could be applied on fullterm pregnant women to shorten the birth process,thereby to reduce complications bined and after the during and improved the quality of obstetric care,and to achieve the eugenic at birth.
