凉山州实施全球基金结核病控制项目效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析和评估凉山州实施全球基金结核病控制项目的实际效果。方法:组织人员对各县执行项目的实际情况进行调查,结合月、季、年报表和疫情报表汇总分析。结果:项目运行良好,以乡为单位DOTS覆盖率达98.53%,以村为单位达94.79%。一年内疑似肺结核病人接诊率达379.99/10万;发现活动性肺结核病人4678例,发现率为112.59/10万;查出涂阳病人3697例,发现率为88.98/10万,治愈率为89.65%。结论:项目开展前后结核病人接诊、发现、治愈率差异非常显著;项目发挥了最大效益。Objective：To analyze and assess the actual effect of the Global Fund Tuberculosis Control Program in Liang Shan.Methods：Relevant staffs are organized to investigate the actual conditions of the implementation of this program in different counties of Liang Shan and a general analysis is made by combining the monthly,seasonal and yearly reports with the epidemic situation report.Results：This program works very well.DOTS cover reaches 98.53% with each town as an assessment unit and 94.79% with each village as an assessment unit.In one year,379.99 of 100000 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are diagnosed with 4678 patients suffering active pulmonary tuberculosis founded and 3697 patients suffering with positive slide result discovered.89.65% patients are cured in the end.Conclusion：There is an obvious difference in the diagnosis,discovery and cure of patients suffering pulmonary tuberculosis before and after this program which has brought about a lot of benefits to the patients.
