青蒿琥酯对脂多糖诱导的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察青蒿琥酯对脂多糖诱导的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞(glomerular mesangial cells,GMC)凋亡的影响。方法:用不同浓度的青蒿琥酯刺激脂多糖诱导增殖的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞,HE染色观察凋亡细胞形态,DAPI荧光染色观察细胞核凋亡情况,用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果:青蒿琥酯对系膜细胞凋亡有明显诱导作用,呈一定剂量依赖性。结论:青蒿琥酯能够剂量依赖性地诱导大鼠系膜细胞凋亡。Objective：To investigate the effects of artesunate on apoptosis of rat glomerular mesangial cells（GMC）induced by lipopolysaccharide（LPS）,and to inquire into its possible mechanism.Methods：GMC induced by lipopolysaccharide were incubated with different concentrations of artesunate.Morphology of apoptosis discriminated by HE staining,form of karyon apoptosis was examined by fluorescence staining of DAPI,cell apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry.Results：Artesunate could obviously induce apoptosis of GMC,with dose-dependent manner to some extent.Conclusion：Artesunate may induce apoptosis of GMC in dose-dependent manner.
