动态脑电图与脑干诱发电位对癫痫患儿检测的对比研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨动态脑电图（AEEG）与脑干诱发电位（BAEP）在癫痫患儿检测中的意义。方法：对2000年1月至2008年1月38例癫痫患儿AEEG、BAEP的检测结果进行总结。结果：AEEG正常6例（15．8％），异常32例（84．2％）。其中，非特性异常12例，痫样波20例。BAEP正常15例（39．5％），异常23例（60．5％）。其中，21例BAEP改变形式多样，异常指标相混出现。AEEG与BAEP异常率相比有显著性差异，X^2=5．329，P〈0．05。结论：癫痫患者存在脑功能损害及脑干功能异常是无可置疑的。Objective： To find the significance in the AEEG,BAEP detectation of children wint Epilepsy. Methods ： To lanuary 2000 to lanuary 2008. 38cases children winh Epilepsy AEEG,BAEP sum up the tests results. Results ： Normal AEEG 6 cases （ 15.8 % ）. Abnormal 32 cases （84.2 % ）. Among them nonspecific abnormal EEG was ofundin 12 cases （31.6 % ）. Nad epileptiform discbarges were found in 20 cases （52.6 % ）. Normal BAEP 15 cases （39.5 % ） , abnormal 23 cases （60.5 % ）. Among them, 21 cases BAEP change various forms, abnormal indicators appear mixed. AEEG and BAEP There was significant difference in the adnormal rate between aeeg group and BAEP group （X^2 = 5. 329,P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ： There is no doubt that the Epilepsy pacients have brainstem dysfunction.
