摘  要:利用转向剂控制水力压裂裂缝高度已在现场实施中取得显著效果,而目前国内外对该技术的研究主要是现场应用效果评价、基本原理的定性描述及室内实验研究,因此有必要对转向剂形成人工应力遮挡作用的效果进行数值计算。根据料浆沉降原理,建立了转向剂的沉降-成层数学模型;根据流体流动的连续性方程、达西定律并结合转向剂沉降-成层数学模型,提出了遮挡层压降的数学表达式。用数学表达式并结合试验可定量确定转向剂形成人工遮挡层的效果。实际应用表明,该计算方法可以进一步用于压裂设计,保证工艺的可靠实施。It has already achieved remarkable effect for diverting agent to control height of hydraulic fracturing crack in field engineering. At present, the studies on this technique mainly include the appraisal of field application effect, qualitative description of the basic principle and the laboratory experiment. So it is necessary to do numerical calculation for the effect of artificial barrier. According to slurry settlement theory, a mathematical model was set up about subsidence stratification for the diverting agent. On the basis of the continuity equation of fluid flow combined with the Darcy's law and the subsidence stratification mathematical model for the diverting agent, a mathematical expression for the pressure drop of barrier was put forward and used to determine effect for artificial barrier quantitatively. The application example indicated that this computational method might be applied to design compression fracture and make sure craft implementation of technology.
