摘 要:应用扫描电子显微镜观察添加外源镧对姬松茸子实体菌皮和菌褶表面结构及孢子、囊状体、菌丝大小和个数的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,La浓度为30mg/kg的处理极显著增加了姬松茸孢子长度、孢子个数和子实体菌盖皮菌丝宽度(P<0.01);而La浓度为50mg/kg处理显著抑制姬松茸孢子长度,子实体菌盖皮菌丝宽度和孢子个数的增长(P<0.05)。电镜观察显示,镧胁迫下的姬松茸孢子、囊状体形态发生明显改变,甚至形态严重改变;有的孢子扁和凹陷,表面粘着丝状体或粗糙粘膜;囊状体有的凹陷,表面附着大量的单核体。The effects of applying lanthanum(La) on surface structure and quantitative characters of spores, cystidia and hyphae in Agaricus blazei Murill were studied with scanning electronic microscope(SEM) in the paper. The results showed that compared to the control, there was very significant increase in the number and length of spores and width of hyphae of Agaricus blazei Murill when the dosage of La was 30 mg/kg (P 〈 0.01) ; but the number and length of spores and width of hyphae significantly decreased when the dosage of La was 50 mg/kg( P 〈 0.05). The results of SEM indicated that there were obvious changes in the morphology of spores and eystidia of Agaricus blazei Murill under La stress. Some spores were flatten and depressed, there were conchocelis or rough mucosa on the surface of some spores. The results also showed that some cystidia depressed and attached a large number of monokaryons on the surface.
