摘  要:甾体类激素通常被认为必须依赖细胞内的核受体,通过基因效应机制来发挥作用,即激素通过与相应核受体的结合来实现对相关靶基因的转录调控,进而产生一系列生物学效应。但是,这种经典的依赖核受体的基因效应作用机制并不能很好地解释甾体类激素在生物体内所产生的许多快速反应。近年来有许多证据表明,除了传统的核受体信号转导途径以外,甾体类激素还可以通过非基因效应机制起作用,尤其是一些快速的生物学效应。文章就迄今为止有关甾体类激素非基因效应信号途径的研究进展作一综述。It has long been recognized that the steroid hormones function through the nuclear receptor-dependent genomic mechanism, that is, the hormones form the complexes with their cognate nuclear receptors, which act as the transcription factors to modulate the expression of related target genes, resulting in a series of biological responses. However, this traditional mechanism can not account for many "rapid responses" mediated by these steroid hormones in the organisms. Recently, a large number of evidences have revealed that in addition to the traditional nuclear receptor-associated signaling pathways, steroid hormones can function through non-genomic pathways, especially in some rapid biological effects. The research advances in non-genomic signaling pathways of steroid hormones are reviewed in this paper.
