摘 要:目的:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者肺功能与体重指数的相关性及体重指数与肺功能变化的相关关系。方法:180例COPD患者按体重指数(body mass index,BMI)分成三组,超重组59例,正常体重56例,低体重65例,随访5年,每年检测两次肺功能。结果:BMI与肺功能FEV1/FVC、FEV1%Pred呈正相关;5年随访的结果显示:体重指数每年增加与肺功能FEV1/FVC、FEV1%Pred每年下降呈负相关。随着体重指数的变化,FEV1/FVC/年和FEV1%Pred/年呈现升序升高趋势。结论:改善COPD患者营养状况,有利于COPD患者改善肺功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the pulmonary function and the body mass index(BMI)of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:The 180 patients were divided into 3 groups according to their BMI.There were 59 patients in the overweight group,56 patients in the normal body weight group,and 65 patients in the low body weight group.The follow-up was five years.All the patients took the pulmonary function test twice a year.Results:There are positive correlation between BMI and FEV1/FVC,FEV1% Pred.There are negative correlation between the BMI and the degree of decreased FEV1/FVC、FEV1% Pred.The changes of FEV1/FVC/year and FEV1% Pred/year were according to the BMI,when the BMI decreased,FEV1/FVC/year and FEV1% Pred/year increased in an ascending order.Conclusion:To enhance nutrition can improve the pulmonary function of patients with COPD and the quality of their daily life.
