芪加真武汤对免疫抑制小鼠血清溶血素的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究芪加真武汤颗粒对小鼠免疫的影响,旨在探讨其作用机制,为临床使用提供实验依据。方法:将实验动物(昆明种小鼠)随机分为四组,每组10只。第一组实验组:环磷酰胺+芪加真武汤;第二组阳性对照组:环磷酰胺+胸腺肽;第三组病理模型组:环磷酰胺+生理盐水;第四组正常对照组:生理盐水+生理盐水。实验组小鼠用芪加真武汤灌胃4周。第3周末1、2、3组用环磷酰胺150mg/kg一次性腹腔注射,造成免疫抑制模型。第4周处死动物。用分光光度法检测血清溶血素水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,病理模型组血清溶血素降低(P<0.05)。与病理模型组比较,实验组显著提高血清溶血素水平(P<0.05)。与阳性对照组比较实验组血清溶血素水平差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:芪加真武汤颗粒能增强免疫抑制小鼠血清溶血素分泌。从体液免疫方法证实,芪加真武汤颗粒能显著提高机体免疫,具有开发前景。Objective：To investigate the effect of QIJIA ZHENWUTANG Granules（QJZWT）on immunodepressive mice and to explore its work mechanism,so as to provide the experimental basis for clinical application.Methods：Experimental animals（Kunming mice）were divided randomly into four groups：experimental group,cyclophopshamide（CTX）＋QJZWT;positive control group：CTX＋thymosin;pathologic model group：CTX＋normal saline（NS）;normal control group：NS＋NS.Each group had ten mice.Each group had been treated with QJZWT,thymosin or NS respectively for four weeks.To the animals of theformer three groups CTX（150 mg/kg）was injected into the abdominal cavity to induce immunodepressive model at the end of third week.At the end of fourth week,all mice were killed,and mice serum hemolysin was detected by spectrophotography.Results：Compared with normal comtrol group,serum hemolysin decreased significantly in pathologic model group.Compared with pathologic model group,serum hemolysin（P〈0.05）increased significantly in experimental group.There was statistical difference on serum hemolysin between experimental and positive control groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The animal model of immunodepression induced by injection of CTX（150 mg/kg）into abdominal cavity were successful established.QJZWT can promote serum hemolysin of immunodepressive mice.From humoral immunity,this experiment proved that QJZWT could promote body immunity,and QJZWT possess exploited value.
