摘  要:目的研究干扰素对鼻腔黏膜免疫M2e-HBc疫苗的佐剂作用。方法小鼠经鼻腔黏膜免疫,用流感病毒攻击。测定抗体水平和对小鼠的保护。结果小鼠可产生局部和系统保护性抗体IgA、IgG,对流感病毒的亚致死性攻击产生完全保护。结论干扰素对M2e-HBc疫苗鼻内免疫具有较强的免疫佐剂作用。Objective To investigate adjuvant effect afforded by type I IFN adjuvanted of intranasally administered universal influenza vaccine M2e - HBc. Methods M2e - HBc vaccine 15ug were formulated with or without IFN as adjuvant and administered three times, at three weeks intervals,by intranasal instillation. All mice were challenged with 4 LD52 of a mouse adapted influenza A virus. Results Mice vaccinated with M2e -HBc adjuvanted IFN, M2e -HBc, control demonstrated high antibody titers to M2e -HBc protein;however,M2e - HBc plus IFN elicited antibody titers that were higher than those induced by either M2e - HBc or IFN alone. Vaccination of mice with M2e - HBc ,IFN adjuvantcd vaccine can protect mice completely from a sub - lethal challenge with influenza A virus. Conclusion Universal Influenza vaccine M2e - HBc adjuvanted IFN is a promising candidates of vaccine against influenza.
