摘 要:目的:研究丽蝇蛹集金小蜂搜寻寄主的学习行为.方法:采用Y型管嗅觉选择实验和寄生选择实验.结果:不同寄主来源的丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂对棕尾别麻蝇蛹和家蝇蛹的选择性均无显著差异;而不同寄生经历的丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂对寄主的选择性却有显著差异.有寄生某种寄主经历的丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂,在第二次选择寄主时也趋向于选择此类寄主.结论:丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂可对寄主的信息化合物进行学习.AIM: To find out whether the female Nasonia vitripennis has learning ability in host-foraging. METHODS: Y-tube olfaetive choice test and parasitic choice test were used. RESULTS: Rearing hosts had no significant effects on the choice of Nasonia vitripennis female to Boettcheriaca peregrine pupae and Musea domestica pupae, but the parasitic experience had significant effects on the host choice of female Nasonia vitripennis. Once the female parasitoid had the experience of parasitizing a certain kind of host, she tended to choose the same hosts when she had the next chance. CONCLUSION: Female parasitoids could learn the infochemicals emitted by host pupae.
