摘　　要：目的:利用病人头部的CT/MRI二维断层扫描图片数据创建三维颅脑模型,从而对病人颅脑进行治疗和研究,为颅脑模型数据库的建立提供了方法。材料与方法:用逆向工程理论,Mimics逆向工程软件。结果和结论:研究人员可以根据特定病人头部的CT/MRI影像的二维成像数据,通过Mimics逆向工程软件设计并创建三维颅脑模型,为病人颅脑疾病进行临床治疗和手术建立计算机模拟模型,为科研、教学和建立颅脑模型数据库提供方法和积累了资料。Objective： Establish the model of three-dimensional cranium brain by CT/MRI two-dimentional faultage of patient＇s head scanning picture data,and undergo treatment and research to patient＇s cranium brain, offer the method for setting-up of the cranium brain model database. Material and method： Use the reverse engineering theory, Mimics reverse engineering software. Result and conclusion： Researchers can establish the model of three-dimensional cranium brain through Mimics reverse engineering software design and the data of two-dimentional formation of image of CT/MRI image of the particular patient＇s head, undergo clinical treatment and surgery, set up computer simulation model for patient＇s cranium cerebral disease, and set up cranium brain model database and offer the method and accumulate the materials to scientific research and teaching.
