摘 要:目的:观察低频电刺激疗法治疗VBI血液动力学变化和疗效。方法:采用低频电刺激疗法作用于脑血循环敏感区域治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)患者,治疗前后应用经颅多普勒超声技术(TCD)观察V-BA系统血流动力学变化,结果:统计显示:治疗后VBI患者的V-BA系统平均血流速度较治疗前明显增快,且患者临床症状的改变采用视觉模拟尺评分法﹙VAS﹚对症状程度、生活质量进行评价P值<0.05,结论:用低频电刺激疗法治疗VBI有显著的疗效。Objective: Observing the effect of low-frequency current stimulation therapy on the patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI), and researching the change of vertebrobasilar hematodynamics after the therapy. Method: Adopting the low-frequency current stimulation on the sensitive area of encephalic circulation of the VBI patients. Using Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonagraphy(TCD) to observe the change of the V-BA system's blood stream dynamics before and after the therapy. Results: The statistics shows that VBI patients' average speed of blood stream of V-BA system was accelerated obviously after file therapy compared with their average speed of blood stream of V-BA system before the therapy. Measure these patients' clinical symptom with VAS about their changing of the degree of symptom and the quality of life, P〈0.05. Conclusion: Treatment with low-frequency current stimulation for VBI patients has an evident significant effect.
