摘 要:通过正交实验,研究了铝磷酸盐粘结剂的密度,粘结剂的加入量及固化剂加入量对型砂性能的影响,并实验测定了最佳的混砂时间和可使用时间,在此基础上,设计了比较合适的型砂混砂工艺和硬化工艺。结果表明,粘结剂加入量6%(占砂的质量比),固化剂加入量为5%(占粘结剂的质量比),混砂工艺为:原砂与固化剂混合均匀,再加入粘结剂,机混不超过3 min,出砂造型制芯,可使用时间不超过5 min。粘结剂密度在1.5~1.6 g/ml范围内影响不显著。The effect of aluminum phosphate density, the binder proportion, hardener fraction on the performance of mold sand were studied by the orthogonal tests, the optimum sand mixing time and service life were experimentally determined and aproper mixing process and hardening process were designed. The results show that when the binder and hardener additions are 6 wt% and 5 wt% respectively, the sand mixing process is as follows: the raw sand is first mixed with hardener uniformly, followed by adding binder, and mixing less than 3 min, then the core-making, the service life is not above 5 min. The binder density in the range of 1.5- 1.6 g/ml has no significant effect on the performance of phosphate no-bake sand.
