摘 要:对经过人工时效和自然时效的3种不同硅碳比的灰铸铁,用应力框法和X射线衍射仪的CuKα(110)线测定灰铸铁的残余应力。结果表明,灰铸铁经过人工时效后的残余应力与自然时效6个月的残余应力相当,比原始应力分别降低了36.6%,23.6%和27.5%。同时证明X射线衍射仪的CuKα(110)线测定灰铸铁的残余应力的方法是可行的。After the artificial aging and natural aging of the three kinds of gray iron with different Si/ C ratios, the residual stress were measured by the stress frame and the CuKα (110) of X-ray diffraction. The results show that the residual stress of gray iron after the artificial aging is similar as the residual stress after natural aging for six months, which is reduced by 36.6%, 23.6% and 27.5% respectively when compared with the original stress. It is verified that it is feasible for the X- ray diffraction CuKα(110) to determinate the residual stress of gray iron.
