摘　　要：小型轧辊厂生产轧辊常用中频感应电炉,因熔炼金属液的品种多,而各种金属液对炉衬要求存在差异,炉衬易损坏,炉衬使用寿命短,通过大量实践对炉衬材料、打结和烧结方法进行了探索研究,总结出了合适的炉衬材料,找到了合理的炉衬打结方法,制定了合理的炉衬烧结工艺,延长了中频感应电炉的炉龄。Lining life of medium-frequency induction furnace applied in the miniature mill roll factory is short, for many kinds of metals are melted in it, and the different molten metals have variational requirements to the lining, so the lining is damaged easily. On much practice, appropriate lining and rational method of its stamping and sintering were obtained and its lining life was prolonged.
