One hundred and ninty-two Oreochromis nilotieus×O.aureus with average initial weight about 34.50g were chosen to investigate the effects of the same dosages (3.0×10^11 cfu/kg feed)of Debaryomyces hanseni,Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans supplemented in diets on the growth performance and apparent digestibility of feed nutrients in Oreochromis niloticusxO.aureus.The trail period was 56 days. The results showed that compared with the control (non-supple-mented) ,the weight gain rates of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulaus supplemented groups were increased by 12.27 % and 8.18 %(P 〈 0.05).The feed coefficients were increased by 10.92 % and 8.18 % respectively (P 〈 0.05).Compared with the control group, the apparent digestibilities of dry matter in Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans supplemented groups were increased by 10.54 % and 10.07 % ,and the protein apparent digestibility were increased by 4.18 % and 3.65 %(P 〈 0.05).The results suggested that 3.0×10^11cfu/kg Bacillus subtilis supplemented with diets could significantly promote the growth of Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus and the utilization of feed nutrients.
