16层螺旋CT盆腔低剂量扫描的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨16层螺旋CT盆腔低剂量扫描的可行性与合理性。方法逐级改变mA等参数对仿真人体盆腔模型行16层螺旋CT扫描,确定低剂量阈值参数最优组合。以此标准对49例患者按盆腔大小改变剂量行扫描,评价图像质量,对记录剂量信息进行统计分析。结果确定低剂量阈值扫描参数最优组合;49例患者低剂量扫描产生的图像质量优占91.84%,CTDIvd(mGy)和DLP(mGy.cm)占常规剂量的20.17%～42.08%。结论16层螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术在盆腔检查中应用恰当,能有效保护患者和保证图像质量。Objective TO discuss the rationality and possibility of 16 slice spiral CT scanning pelvis with low dosage. Methods The pelvic cavity of simulation human was scanned, changing the parameters of mA, etc. in turns to determine the optimized combination of low dosage threshold values. 49 patients were scanned with this standard according to the sizes of pelvic cavity ± dosage to evaluate the quality of images, to record the information of dosage and to make a statistic analysis . Results The optimized combination of scanning parameters for low dosage threshold is determined.The images with superior quality shares 91.84% in total of 49 patients scanned with the low dosage. CTDIvd （mGy） and DLP （mGy.cm） aeeount for the conventional dosage 20.17% to 42.08% . Conclusion 16 Slice low dosage CT technology has been used properly in pelvic examination which can protect the patients effectively and assure the quality of images.
