肌间脂肪瘤的超声、CT表现及病理分析

摘　　要：目的本文探讨了肌间脂肪瘤的CT及超声特点。方法回顾性分了12例经手术病理证实的肌间脂肪瘤的CT及超声影像资料。结果超声表现为团块状强回声、低回声及中等回声;CT平扫病灶均表现为类圆形或分叶状肿块影,边缘清楚,其内绝大部分呈均匀低密度影,CT值-40HU～-120HU,并间杂纤细条索状、条片状稍高密度影。结论高频超声结合CT检查对诊断肌间脂肪瘤具有一定的特异性。Objective To study the characteristic of the CT images and Ultrasonography of intramuscular. Methods The CT and Ultrasonograpic data of 17 cases of intramuscular were analyzed retrospectively, which have been confirmed by operation and pathology. Results Uhrasonographie findings were shown as Lump with strong echoes, low level echoes or medium echoes. On plain scan, tumors were well-demarcated round or oval masses, homogeneous low density,-40HU-120HU,and strip slightly high density can be seen in lesions. Conclusion Uhrasonography and CT images are beneficial to establish accurate diagnosis.
