氨酚羟考酮治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨酚羟考酮片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期疗效和安全性。方法:选择92例诊断明确的不伴严重的马尾或运动神经功能障碍的腰椎间盘突出症患者。所有患者确诊后均予以卧床休息1月,随机分为2组,在治疗前10 d给予不同药物,试验组46例给予氨酚羟考酮片,对照组46例采用盐酸曲马多。采用"视觉模拟评分法"在治疗前及治疗10 d后进行疼痛评价。采用腰痛患者疗效评定量表对治疗前及治疗1月后进行疗效评价。结果:两组患者疼痛评分治疗10 d后与治疗前均有差异。试验组和对照组治疗前疼痛评分分别为(7.38±1.95)和(7.42±1.67),治疗10 d后分别为(2.80±0.84)和(4.01±0.71),均较治疗前明显下降。试验组疼痛程度缓解的显效率明显好于对照组,试验组总体疗效好于对照组。结论:氨酚羟考酮片能有效、快速缓解腰椎间盘突出症引起的腰腿痛。Objective： To evaluate the short-term analgesic effectiveness/safety of the oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets in patients with Lumbar Disc Heriation. Methods： Ninety two patients with low back pain diagnosed for Lumbar Disc Heriation without motor nerve dysfunction or Cauda equina syndrome were enrolled. All patients were required for bed-rest for 1 month and were divided into two groups simultaneously, the treatment group including 46 cases were treated by oxycodone/acetaminophen and the control group including 46 cases were treated by tramadol in the previous ten days respectively. Pain relief were assessed with a visual analogue scale before and 10 clays after the treatment. Treatment effectiveness were assessed by low back pain evaluation form before and 1 month after treatment. Results： the differenation of pain relief between the two groups were significant. The pretreatment score were （7.38 ± 1.95 ） and （7.42 ± 1.67 ） in the treatment group and in the control group respectively which decreased to （2.80 ± 0.84） and （4.01 ± 0.71 ） 10 days after treatment. The pain relief and effectiveness improvement of treatment group were better than control group. Slight adverse reaction were observed in both groups. Conclusion： the oxycodone and aeetaminophen tablets can relieve the pain originated from lumbar disc heriation effectively and quickly and have a good short-term effectiveness.
