摘  要:稻瘿蚊是广西及南方各省中、晚稻的灾害性害虫,对水稻生产构成严重威胁,由于目前的抗性品种较少,为了能更好的发掘和利用优异抗源来培育抗虫品种。利用广西高抗稻瘿蚊地方品种GX-M001(江潮)与已知抗性基因的抗蚊青占(含GM6基因型)、斯里兰卡的OB677(含GM3基因型)、HT1350和高产优质品种桂软占杂交。通过常规育种手段将抗性多基因整合,抗抗聚合明显的提高了整体抗性水平,而且抗性级别也有所提高,许多组合品系其抗性级别达到了免疫级(0级),特别是GX-M001(高抗)与OB677(中抗)和HT1350(感)杂交也能获得两个免疫级株系,这也许是基因累加效应的作用。通过采用聚合杂交成功地将多抗性基因聚合在一起,培育出多抗性的创新材料,在条件差的地方采用抗抗聚合是选育高抗品种的有效途径。Research object: Orseolia oryzae is the major late rice pest in Guangxi province and South China, which poses the biggest threat to rice production. At present, the resistant varieties are less. In order to fully exploit and utilize the excellent germ plasm resources to breed the resistant pest varieties, the author had done some crosses among high resistant local variety ‘GX-M001 (jiangchao) ' in Guangxi province and existence of resistance gene variety ‘Kangwenqingzhan' (GM6 gene), OB677 (GM3 gene)from Sri Lanka, HT1350 and high yield and quality variety ‘Guiruanzhan'. Results: Integration of resistance genes using the conventional breeding methods could improve the whole resistant level and enhance the resistant grade. The resistant grade of many combined lines reached the immune grade (0 grade), especially for the crossing between GX001 and HT1305. A high resistant variety and middle resistant variety could obtain two immune lines, which maybe was the accumulating effect of genes. Conclusion: Resistance genes were polymerized successfully by polymerization hybridization breeding, and developed new resistant materials. The author thinks that using resistance polymerization is effective approaches to select high resistant varieties.
