摘  要:阿特拉津(2-氯-4-乙胺基-6-异丙氨基-1,3,5,-三氮苯)是目前世界上农业生产中广泛应用的化学除草剂之一。由于其在土壤中的残留期较长,造成所施用的土壤以及地下水和表面水中检出的阿特拉津残留浓度超过了最大允许值,对生态和环境的破坏日益严重。阿特拉津具有生物蓄积性和环境激素的作用,可影响生物体正常的性别分化和性腺发育。主要从形态发育、生理代谢和性发育等方面综述了阿特拉津对动物生长发育的影响。The atrazine (2-chloro-4-ethylamino-6-isopropylamino-s-triazine) is one of the most important herbicides which were widely used in the world at present. For atrazine could exit in soil for a long time, its residues were found in used soil and many surface and ground waters, and its concentration exceeded the maximum allowable value. Thus, the damage of ecology and environment would become increasingly serious. h in organism with the function of environmental hormone, suggesting and gonad development. In this paper, effect of atrazine on growth and In addition, the atrazine could enric that it would affect sex differentiation development of animals was summarized in morphological development, physiological metabolism and sexual development.
