不同地理群体三疣梭子蟹非特异性免疫功能的比较

摘　　要：测定了海州湾、辽东湾、舟山沿海和莱州湾4个野生群体三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)的血淋巴、肌肉和肝胰腺组织中的抗氧化及其它与非特异性免疫相关的酶活指标,并对这些指标在不同群体间的差异进行了比较。结果发现:海州湾群体的三疣梭子蟹肝胰腺SOD酶活显著高于莱州湾群体(P<0.05),而与其它两个群体差异不显著;而血淋巴和肌肉组织SOD酶活各个群体间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。海州湾群体血淋巴和肝胰腺组织GSH-px酶活显著高于莱州湾群体(P<0.05),而与其它群体差异不显著(P>0.05)。不同地理群体三疣梭子蟹各体组织中MDA含量、LSZ和ALP酶活均没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。笔者全面比较了4个地理群体三疣梭子蟹免疫相关酶活指标的差异,揭示了不同地理群体三疣梭子蟹免疫、抗病能力差异的内在因素。The non-specific immune functions were studied in four populations of Portunus trituberculatus from Haizhou Bay, Liaodong Bay, Zhoushan and Laizhou Bay for the immunity enzyme activities in haemolymph, muscle and hepatopancreas tissue of the crabs. Results showed that SOD activities of haemolymph and muscle were not significant different by four populations. However, the hepatopancreas SOD activity of Haizhou Bay population was higher than that of Laizhou Bay population significantly （P〈 0.05）, and there was no significant difference among other populations （P〉0.05）. On the GSH-px activities of the haemolymph and hepatopancreas, Haizhou Bay population was significantly higher than Laizhou Bay population （P〈0.05）. The MDA content, LSZ and ALP activities in different tissues were similar and there were no significant differences among the four populations. The results of the immunity enzyme activities are quite correlated with those of nonspecific immunity abilities of preventing disease and disease resistance evaluation.
