湖羊产羔性状的种公羊育种值及母羊可能生产力的估计

摘　　要：以苏州种羊场湖羊的7个家系的产羔性状为分析对象,计算母羊产羔数的重复力,据此估计出母羊产羔数的可能生产力;利用半同胞法估计种公羊女儿第2胎产羔数的遗传力,进而估计种公羊的育种值。结果表明:湖羊第2胎产羔数的遗传力为0.76,属于高水平遗传力;产羔数的重复力为0.18;种公羊G育种值最高,为2.54。种公羊育种值和母羊产羔数的可能生产力2个性状可以用于湖羊品种繁殖性能潜力的评价。The lamping number trait of Hu sheep in stock farm of Suzhou city belonging to seven lines was analyzed to work out the repeatability for the lamping number of the ewes, then the producing ability of ewes was predicted; at the same time, the heritability for the trait of second birth was predicted by using half sibs pedigree estimate, then the breeding value of the stock rams was predicted. The result showed that the value of heritability of the second birth in ewe is 0.76, and it belongs to high habitability, the value of repeatability is 0.18, the breeding value of No. G stock rams is the most, 2.54. The breeding value of the stock rams and the producing ability of ewes can be used in evaluating the genetic potential ability. This study may provide the foundation for the stock farm in the process of selected mating, and may also provide a useful evaluating thought which can be referred to in the future in other stock farms.
