摘　　要：以项群训练理论作为研究的理论基础,探讨并细化了持拍隔网对抗类项目运动(乒乓球、羽毛球、网球)训练过程的理论框架,进一步总结了持拍隔网对抗类项目训练过程的共性特征,阐释了持拍隔网对抗类项目运动训练过程的个性差异及年度训练过程组织实施的特点,提炼了持拍隔网对抗类项目训练的主要内容。Using the framework of group training theory as the theoretical foundation of research and adopting the literature review, logical analysis, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper inquires into the theories frame of the event group of net sports training process, summaries the total characteristics of training process, explains the character difference of training process and the organization characteristics of the event group of net sports yearly training process and refines the training contents of the event group of net sports.
