不同类型中锋运动员群体身体形态及年龄、落位和移动技术分析——以NBA2006—2007季后赛阵地进攻为例

摘　　要：以NBA2006—2007季后赛第一轮共计16名首发中锋运动员为研究对象,对不同类型中锋运动员的身体形态及阵地进攻中的落位和移动方式等进行了分析。总体上,NBA中锋运动员的身体形态与以前相比在体重、克托莱指数上略有增加,而身高却略有下降;中锋运动员成熟的年龄有提前化趋势,特别是兼任中锋的运动员的成熟年龄和进入NBA的年限提前趋势比较明显;不同类型中锋运动员在不同区域内的落位等存在较大差异。Taking the 16 central forwards of NBA 2006--2007 playoffs as research subjects, this paper makes analysis on different central forwardss body shape, the position filling and the moving way in the formation play. NBA central forwards body shape, compared with the former does not have obvious change, but the weight, the Quenelles index slightly increased, and the body height slightly decreased ; their mature age has the tendency ahead of time, especially for the part-time central forward＇s age of maturity and entering NBA; the central forward filling the position in the different zone have significance difference.
