摘　　要：目的:研究酸性氧化电位水辅助治疗对手足口病的临床疗效。方法:60例手足口病患儿随机分为对照组及治疗组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用酸化水外用治疗手足口病;对照组应用常规治疗,疗程均为1周。结果:治疗组患儿临床症状缓解和疱疹消失率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:酸性氧化电位水辅助治疗对手足口病有一定的辅助疗效。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods： 60 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the treat- ment group were treated with electrolyzed oxidizing water and conventional therapy, while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The course of treatment was one week. Results： The symptom of the patients in the treatment group relieved faster than that in the control group. The herpes of the patients in the treatment group disappeared faster than that in the control group. （P〈0.01） Conclusion： Electrolyzed oxidizing water had curative effect on hand-foot-mouth disease.
