摘 要:针对某板梁桥的病害形式,采用了翻新桥面铺装和施加横向预应力的加固技术。利用ANSYS软件对该桥加固前、后建立了有限元模型并进行了仿真分析,得出钢绞线的合理布置方式为跨中、两端支座附近各一束,共计3束,并通过分析其荷载横向分布规律证明采用横向预应力技术加固板梁桥效果显著。Aiming at overcoming the defects of a certain plate girder bridge, the technique of renewing the deck pavement and the transversely pre-stressing technique are adopted. Established and analysed are the simulated pre-strengthening and post-strengthening models with the help of FEM software ANSYS, on the basis of which the transverse distribution of loads on the plate girder bridge is analyzed, acording to the result of which it is found that the reasonable arrangement of steel strand is to lay a bundle of steel strand respectively in the middle and at both ends of the span, namely, nearing the bearing stands. Through the analysis of the transverse distribution of loads on the plate girder bridge, it is proved that the pre-stressing strengthening measure noticeably improves the Plate girder bridge.
