摘 要:针对韶关发电厂#10炉A引风机入口挡板执行机构在机组正常运行中连续两次误动作造成停机的故障原因进行分析。通过回顾和多次的调查,发现故障并不是人为误操作造成,而是因多种原因致使执行机构智能控制器控制程序混乱。一次参数设置消失,使执行机构故障,挡板开度失去控制,炉膛压力大幅度波动,锅炉MFT、机组停运。针对这种情况,结合现场具体条件提出合理可靠的处理方案。This article focus on the analysis of the causes of the continual two turbine trip of Unit 10 in Shaoguan Power Plant which are both caused by the IDFA entrance baffle executing agency's malfunction under normal conditions. By history review and repeated investigations, we find that the malfunction is not a man-made misoperation, but caused by the intelligent controller's procedure chaos of the executing agency. This chaos is caused by various reasons, then the original parameters set lost, the executing agency turn into the fault mode, the baffle is out of control, then lead to the furnace pressure fluctuations in large scale, boiler MFT and turbine trip. In view of this situation, at the scene combined with the specific conditions, we propose the reasonable and reliable treatment.
