摘　　要：综合分析了改革开放前后中国能源发展战略变革创新对推动国民经济实现快速发展的重要作用,阐述了"综合能源效率战略"和中国"能源与经济协调发展战略"的核心内容,针对新世纪"经济翻两番"目标,从坚持能源与经济协调发展和大力提倡"广义节能"两方面对中国今后能源发展提出了对策建议。This paper analyzes comprehensively the China＇s energy development strategy before and after the reforming and opening, and indicates that reformation and innovation of energy development strategy play an important role in promoting rapid development of China＇s national economy. And this paper elaborates the core content of ＂synthetic energy efficiency strategy＂ and ＂coordinative development strategy of energy- economy＂ in China. Aiming to the goal of ＂quadruple the economic annual gross value＂, the paper upholds the principle of coordinated development of energy and economic, and gives energetic supports for ＂general energy saving＂, based on it, puts forward some suggestions for China＇s energy development now and in the future.
