摘  要:电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)是分析领域发展十分迅速的一种新技术,目前已广泛应用于环境监测、生物医学、地质测年、食品检测、材料科学等领域。本文就ICP-MS的原理及特点进行介绍,并详细分析了其不同类型的干扰问题(质谱干扰、非质谱干扰)及其相应的校正方法;同时评述了在环境监测和食品检测这两大重要领域中铅的电感耦合等离子体质谱分析(主要包括含量测定、同位素比值测定、形态分析)的概况和趋势,且对其进行了展望。Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS) is a new technology in the field of analytical chemistry. It developes very rapidly. Now it has been applied to environmental monitoring, biomedical field, geological dating,food detection and Material Science. The theory and features of ICP- MS are introduced in this paper, and different kinds of interferences ( spectral interference and non - spectral interference) are analyzed, and methods of corrections are given to reduce or eliminate the interferences; a review of lead study( content determination, isotope ration measurement and speciation analysis) by ICP - MS in environmental monitoring and food detection is also demonstrated, and its prospect of application is presented.
