摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法测定了宣木瓜中齐墩果酸的含量,选用:Phenomenex C18(250mm×4.6mm i.d.,5μm);流动相:V(甲醇):V(5%磷酸水溶液)=95:5;柱温:30℃;流速:1.5mL/min;进样量:20μL;检测波长:210nm,结果齐墩果酸在50-1000mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;考察了回流提取、超声提取及微波提取等样品处理方法,结果发现微波提取方法最好,相对标准偏差为2%-3%,其回收率在95%-98%之间;检出限为0.5ng。宣木瓜在八月上旬齐墩果酸的含量最高,为9.98g/kg。A method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Chinese Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai which grows at Xuancheng by HPLC was developed. Chromatographic separation was carried out on an Phenomenex C18 (250mm 4.6mm i. d. ,5 μm) under isocratic conditions with methanol and (5 % )phosphoric acid aqueous solution (95: 5) as the mobile phase at a flow - rate of 1.5 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Then the experimental results showed that the linear range for oleanolic acid was 50 - 1000 mg/L, r = 0. 9998. Investigated the different treating with sample by extraction and the result, showed that the method of microwave extraction was the best. Its RSD was 2% - 3 %. Experimental recovery and limit of detection was 98.3% and 0.5ng, respectively. The oleanolic acid content in Chinese Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai which grows at Xuancheng in first ten days of August is the tallest.
